Grumpy Flock – Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy (English)
This policy explains what information the mobile game Grumpy Flock ("the game"), published by Grumpy Apps ("we", "us"), collects, how it is used and the choices you have. By playing the game you agree to this policy.
1. Information we do not collect
The game has no sign-up. We do not ask for or collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any other personal details.
2. Game progress (Unity Gaming Services)
To keep your progress safe, the game uses Unity Authentication to create an anonymous player ID and Unity Cloud Save to store your game data with that ID: completed levels, Gold, power-up stock, settings and similar game state. This data is not linked to your identity. The same data is also stored on your device. See the Unity Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as the advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, language and how you interact with ads. Depending on your consent and region, ads may be personalised. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent with Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy options. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
4. Google Play services
The game uses Google Play to check whether a newer version is available and to install updates. Google processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy.
5. How we use information
- to save and restore your game progress;
- to show rewarded ads and give their rewards;
- to keep the game working, fix problems and improve it.
We do not sell your information.
6. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data retention and deletion
Game data on your device is removed when you uninstall the game. Cloud-saved game data is kept while it is needed to restore your progress. To ask for your cloud-saved data to be deleted, e-mail us at destek@grumpyapps.com.
8. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) to the services above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Bu politika, Grumpy Apps ("biz") tarafından yayımlanan Grumpy Flock mobil oyununun ("oyun") hangi bilgileri topladığını, bunları nasıl kullandığını ve sahip olduğunuz seçenekleri açıklar. Oyunu oynayarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Toplamadığımız bilgiler
Oyunda üyelik yoktur. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı, konumunuzu veya başka kişisel bilgilerinizi istemeyiz ve toplamayız.
2. Oyun ilerlemesi (Unity Gaming Services)
İlerlemenizi korumak için oyun, Unity Authentication ile isimsiz bir oyuncu kimliği oluşturur ve Unity Cloud Save ile oyun verilerinizi bu kimlikle saklar: tamamlanan seviyeler, altın, güçlendirici stokları, ayarlar ve benzeri oyun durumu. 3. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Oyun, Google AdMob aracılığıyla isteğe bağlı ödüllü video reklamlar gösterir. Reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için Google; reklam kimliği, IP adresi, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, dil ve reklamlarla etkileşiminiz gibi cihaz bilgilerini toplayabilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık veya İsviçre'deyseniz oyun, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam göstermeden önce Google'ın onay formuyla izninizi ister. Seçiminizi istediğiniz zaman oyunda Ayarlar → Gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Android'de reklam kimliğinizi cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.
4. Google Play hizmetleri
Oyun, yeni bir sürüm olup olmadığını kontrol etmek ve güncellemeleri yüklemek için Google Play'i kullanır. Google bu bilgileri Google Gizlilik Politikası'na göre işler.
5. Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız
- oyun ilerlemenizi kaydetmek ve geri yüklemek;
- ödüllü reklamları göstermek ve ödüllerini vermek;
- oyunun çalışmasını sağlamak, sorunları gidermek ve oyunu geliştirmek.

6. Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin; bu bilgileri sileriz.
7. Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi
Oyunu kaldırdığınızda cihazınızdaki oyun verileri silinir. Bulutta saklanan oyun verileri, ilerlemenizi geri yüklemek için gerektiği sürece tutulur. Bulut verilerinizin silinmesini istemek için destek@grumpyapps.com adresine e-posta gönderin.
8. Güvenlik
Veriler yukarıdaki hizmetlere şifreli bağlantılarla (HTTPS) gönderilir. Hiçbir iletim veya saklama yöntemi tamamen güvenli değildir; ancak verileri korumak için makul önlemler alırız.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yeni bir "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle yayımlanır.
